responds to over 3,500 enquiries every year – covering a huge range of topics of relevance to older people and their families.Our trained volunteers are able to give advice on a wide range of topics including:

- housing, transport
- legal issues
- social support
- repairs and adaptations
- long term care
- home alarms
- heating and insulation
